Mr. Airey is a Registered Professional Geo-scientist in the State of Kentucky, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.  Mr. Airey is also registered as a Corrective Action Project Manager with the TCEQ.  Mr. Airey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University.  With over 29 years experience in the environmental field, Mr. Airey has worked throughout the country and overseas.   Heavily sought after for his expertise in environmental litigation, Mr. Airey is well versed in all aspects of environmental law and compliance.

Keith Copeland, P.G.

Mr. Copeland received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Baylor University.  With over 26 years of regulatory and consulting experience, Mr. Copeland is a Registered Professional Geo-scientist in the State of  Kentucky, Nebraska, and Texas.  Mr. Copeland worked at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where he developed and managed the Petroleum Storage Tank Division.

Mr. Airey is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Geo-scientist in the State of Texas.  Mr. Airey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.  With over 26 years experience in the environmental field, Mr. Airey has worked in the oil fields and for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, prior to Ranger.  Mr. Airey’s field specialization is site assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater.  Mr. Airey is also registered as a Corrective Action Project Manager with the TCEQ.

Patrick K. Finn, P.G.

Mr. Finn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University.  Mr. Finn has over 25 years of combined regulatory and consulting experience in the environmental field.  Mr. Finn has worked for both the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Railroad Commission of Texas.  Mr. Finn is a Registered Professional Geo-scientist in the State of Texas.  Mr. Finn’s focus is on risk-based site investigation and remedial activities.

Chad M. Copeland, M.S., CAPM

Mr. Copeland received both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Biology from Texas State University-San Marcos.  Mr. Copeland focuses on the preparation of TCEQ/EPA plans and compliance permits, soil/air/groundwater characterization, UST/AST management, Texas Risk Reduction Program oversight, spill plans and response, biological assessments and wetland delineations.  Mr. Copeland is a State of Texas Licensed LPST Corrective Action Project Manager, Certified Preparer of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (CPSWPPP), Certified Compliance Inspector of Storm Water (CCIS) and has completed a 38-Hr ACOE Wetland Delineator Training. Mr. Copeland manages environmental permitting and the water quality programs at Ranger.

Todd Standlee, CAPM

Mr. Standlee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas Tech University.  With over seven years experience in the environmental field, Mr. Standlee’s focus is on the planning, designing, and implementing of soil/groundwater remediation systems.  Mr. Standlee is a State of Texas Licensed LPST Corrective Action Project Manager.  Furthermore, Mr. Standlee manages the operation and maintenance of remediation systems as well as mobile dual phase extraction units.

Max Cook

Mr. Cook received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.   With over six years experience in the environmental field, and having received ASTM training in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for commercial real estate, Mr. Cook’s focus is on the Phase I ESA program at Ranger.  Furthermore, Mr. Cook has experience managing the operation and maintenance of remediation systems as well as mobile dual phase extraction units.

Quinten Cazares
Bioenvironmental Scientist, Project Leader

Mr. Cazares received a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioenvironmental Sciences from Texas A&M University.  Mr. Cazares’ experience is centered on site remediation, groundwater characterization and storm water management. Mr. Cazares is a Certified Preparer of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (CPSWPPP) and is a Certified Compliance Inspector of Storm Water (CCIS).

Nick Quante
Environmental Technician

Mr. Quante received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Biology from University of Texas.  Mr. Quante’s primary field focus is in site remediation.

All field personnel of Ranger Environmental Services, Inc. are OSHA trained and attend an 8-hour refresher course annually.  Furthermore, all personnel are medically trained on an annual basis.
