Mr. Airey is a Registered Professional Geoscientist in the State of Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas, and Wyoming.  Mr. Airey is also registered as a Corrective Action Project Manager with the TCEQ.  Mr. Airey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Texas A&M University.  With over 31 years of experience in the environmental field, Mr. Airey has worked throughout the country and overseas.   Heavily sought after for his expertise in environmental litigation, Mr. Airey is well versed in all aspects of environmental law and compliance.

Mr. Copeland received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Baylor University.  With over 35 years of regulatory and consulting experience, Mr. Copeland is a Registered Professional Geoscientist in the State of Louisiana, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Texas.  Mr. Copeland worked at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where he developed and managed the Petroleum Storage Tank program.

Mr. Airey is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Geoscientist in the State of Texas.  Mr. Airey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.  With over 35 years of experience in the environmental field, prior to Ranger, Mr. Airey has worked in the oil fields and for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.  Mr. Airey’s field specialization is site assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater.  Mr. Airey is also registered as a Corrective Action Project Manager with the TCEQ.

Mr. Copeland received both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Biology from Texas State University and has completed non-degree seeking post-graduate studies at the University of Florida in the Soil and Water Sciences Department.  With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Copeland focuses on the preparation of TCEQ/RRC/EPA/USACE plans and compliance permits, soil/air/groundwater characterization, UST/AST management, Texas Risk Reduction Program oversight, spill plans and response, biological assessments, wetland delineations, and Edwards Aquifer permitting. Additionally, Mr. Copeland focuses on permitting and contamination issues related to oil/gas pipelines, landfarms, production batteries, natural gas processing plants, and saltwater facilities.  Mr. Copeland is a State of Texas Licensed LPST Corrective Action Project Manager, a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS), and is licensed as a Professional Geoscientist (P.G.) in the State of Texas and in the State of Louisiana.

Mr. Standlee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Texas Tech University.  With over 18 years of experience in the environmental field, Mr. Standlee’s focus is on the planning, designing, and implementing of soil/groundwater remediation systems.  Mr. Standlee is a State of Texas Licensed LPST Corrective Action Project Manager and a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS).  Furthermore, Mr. Standlee manages our multi-year TCEQ PST Contracts.

Mr. Cook received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. With over a decade of experience in the environmental field and having received ASTM training in Vapor Encroachment Screening and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for real estate transactions, Mr. Cook’s focus is on managing the Phase I ESA program and the assessment and preparation of Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans.  In addition, Mr. Cook focuses on permitting and contamination issues related to oil/gas pipelines, landfarms, production batteries, natural gas processing plants, and saltwater facilities.  Mr. Cook is a State of Texas Licensed LPST Corrective Action Project Manager.

Melissa Moyer

All field personnel of Ranger Environmental Services, Inc. are OSHA trained and attend an 8-hour refresher course annually.  Furthermore, all personnel are First Aid & CPR certified on an annual basis.
